Welcome to A.B. Fencing. I am Andrew, the owner and founder, and I provide professional fencing, decking and bespoke gate solutions across the Isle of Wight. Since establishing my business in 2022, I have focused on delivering high-quality workmanship, reliability and a service that clients can depend on from start to finish.
I worked alongside a friend in the fencing trade, where I quickly developed a strong interest in woodworking. What started as an opportunity soon became a genuine passion. I went on to complete formal training to refine my skills and became a City & Guilds-qualified carpenter. From there, it felt like a natural progression to establish A.B. Fencing and offer my services professionally.
I specialise in all aspects of fencing and take pride in being a dedicated boundary specialist. I understand how important it is to have a secure, well-constructed and visually appealing boundary. In addition to fencing, I design and install decking and create bespoke gates tailored to individual requirements. I particularly enjoy bespoke projects, as they allow me to combine creativity with craftsmanship to deliver something unique.

Andy has just completed a big fence job for us, 6”4 long fence using 6” concrete posts and 12 in gravel board, hand made fence panels. Thoroughly professional and a very high standard of finish, high standard materials used and a very nice guy to deal with, we would recommend using Andy.

Very happy with the work that was carried out by andy and the team . Very professional service given . I wanted to change the outlook from the end of my garden and reached out to Andy with some ideas and he came to the house and gave his inputs and suggestions and we settled on the final outcome.
